Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • The home offers a generator in case of loss of power.
  • This homeowner uses one exterior security camera, aimed at the front entry steps, to ensure their home remains safe. No other cameras are on site.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Returning guests of High Boulder Hill may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • This home is pet friendly for a max of 1 well trained mature dog per stay. Pet rent is $25 per night plus tax. Please do not ask for an exception to the number of pets rule, as one will not be granted. Bringing unreported pets will result in additional charges and potentially being removed from booking with us in the future.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available onsite.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • Kitchen amenities include: Cooking Basics, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, Ice-maker.
  • There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Laundry amenities include: Clothes Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Ironing Board & Iron.
  • Hot tub is available.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

  • Please note that the neighboring lot has begun clearing for construction. The lots are each 2 acres, so while nearby, they are over 250ft between the homesites. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm (Updated: July 19, 2024)
  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
